Basic Skill Modell

Border regions are characterised by specific historic developments, economic conditions, mental and emotional attitudes and political arrangements. Various cultures, languages, ethnic groups and socio-political systems meet in those neighbouring cross-border regions. Despite the existing diversity in border regions, concrete cross-border action is necessary in every day life. Border regions also have to solve problems that can only be mastered by supra-regional cooperation. A so called basic skill model should define which attitude, which knowledge and which skills this cross-border action tolerates and supports.grundkompetenzen
